1. Nature of Human Design Coaching

Human Design coaching is a supportive and goal-oriented process designed to help you improve personal awareness, mindset, and life direction.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Human Design coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal advice

• Human Design coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

• You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and results

If you are experiencing mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified health professional in New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information

• Participate actively and respectfully in sessions

• Take responsibility for your wellbeing and decisions

• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling issues

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated

• Payment must be made in advance of sessions or packages

• Coaching fees are non-refundable, except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

6. Consumer Rights (New Zealand)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable.

If coaching services are acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during coaching will remain confidential except where:

• Disclosure is required by law

• There is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, coaching materials, worksheets, videos, and branding are the intellectual property of Charlotte Stevenson and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-quality human design coaching services, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Personal growth depends on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Charlotte Stevenson is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website or coaching services.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate coaching services if:

• These Terms are breached

• Fees remain unpaid

• Behaviour is abusive, unethical, or inappropriate

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund unless required by law.
